Тоже еще добавлю Я не уверена что вы вообще сможете получить сейчас гражданство Даже если есть родственники и будут реальные доказательства что вы всегда были за Украину, то начнутся вопросы а что вы не хотели поменять паспорт еще много лет назад. Сейчас уже 9-й месяц идет война в Украине и уже 8 лет как територии Украины оккупированные. Это будет слишком подозрительным Но если даже дадут зеленый свет и вы можете получить паспорт, то вам нужно будет выучить законодательство Украины и украинский язык и сдать экзамены по ним. Иначе без знания языка в особенности гражданство точно не выдадут.

Рядом с Торонто и Ванкувером стоит еще Монреаль, как минимум, где машина не нужна. Потом: мало исходных данных чтобы судить о сложности найти работу. Всё зависит от языка, профессии и экспириэнса. А так, заводы, мувинги, стройки и общепиты ищут людей всегда. Поиск жилья на Facebook marketplace и Kijiji.ca
