Guys, I have got a biometric validity letter before a month ago, since that time, nothing came to my account.. so today I called the costumer support after many many trials.. and luckily, for the first time I feel that I’m speaking with someone who has an idea about what he is doing..
he told me that sometimes the passport requests doesn’t come straight after the biometric validity letter, especially if you are a foreigner (which is my case) .. however, he said to me something very interesting, is that if you have an application in process for 5 months, without any answer, they could take actions in order to fix the issue.. so if there is someone here who has an application for 5 month or more without any answer they can ask the support to investigate with the embassy.. good luck for everyone 👍
