If your daughter was born in Ukraine, it is impossible for foreigners to receive visa during the war, thus you can’t come. If she was born outside of Ukraine, go to embassy and ask birth certificate there.

На сайте IRCC теперь появился пункт Make a refugee claim (заполнение на беженство) если ты в Канаде. Он как-то пригодится тем у кого есть виза CUAET или нет?

You can try to apply now as common law. How can you proof your relationship?! Photos, maybe bank account, rent contract and so on… You have a daughter at the end! It’s not enough? 😄

Hi everyone, sorry I can't write Ukraine Language. My fiancee is Ukrainian and now we have a daughter. She's got her visa approved for Canada. Can I apply for CUAET? And how do I proof our relationship? We are getting married next month as well. Should we wait after marriage and apply my visa? Thanks for your help
