Thanks for the response, I called and filled in the crisis form, they said at moment theres no need for additional documents, my application is being processed. They’ll inform me if additional information is needed.
you can also call their hotline and ask whether they require any additional documents. rarely but it happens they do require something to proceed but for some reason the request doesnt go through.
