. Eligible Recipients
4.1 Eligible recipients are foreign nationals who have been facilitated under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel measures, have arrived in Canada, and have been granted temporary resident status on or before March 31, 2023.
12. Duration
12.1 For the purposes of delivering the CUTAI under Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Resettlement Assistance Program, all eligible applicants must apply before the expiry of this Annex on June 30, 2023.
