А чим це добре?) Була би в людей зброя щоб захищатись, було б все по другому може? Все таки ці закони не забороняють купити зброю якою можна вбити. Рушниці для полювання цілком достатньо для цього. Вони лиш забороняють зброю якою можна захищатись (тобто носити з собою на всякий випадок)

Ми в Канаді. Тут зброю не можна у Волмарті купити тільки по ІД. Протягом усієї історії становлення Канади вільне носіння зброї ніколи не було правом. Право на володіння зброєю завжди було в Канаді привілеєм, який треба заслужити. Якщо хтось хоче згадати про 2nd amendment - перетніть південний кордон і там зможете. Однак, не в нас. Права на вільне володіння зброєю у нас немає і це дуже добре.

Ви точно не знаєте законів Канади. Кримінальне законодавство Канади аналогічне з британським. Defence of Person Marginal note:Defence — use or threat of force 34 (1) A person is not guilty of an offence if (a) they believe on reasonable grounds that force is being used against them or another person or that a threat of force is being made against them or another person; (b) the act that constitutes the offence is committed for the purpose of defending or protecting themselves or the other person from that use or threat of force; and (c) the act committed is reasonable in the circumstances. Фактично закон забороняє використання цієї зброї для самозахисту... Тобто це теоретично можливо, але зі стількима "як що" що бажання застосовувати її у вас не виникне.... А як що ви всеж таки це зробите, то отримаєте великі проблеми із законом Від "яким чином заряджена зброя опинилася в вашіх руках" до "а точно це було необхідно її застосовувати?" Всім безпеки
