is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Junior Signaling Support Engineer.
Areas of Responsibility
Be responsible for all signaling related services as SRE and you will report to the Regional Team office
Assure customer support for all signaling related products and provide dedicated support of network elements/features/functions
Cooperate with our regional team in order to find solutions for problems reported by our customers, proactively detect and mitigate network risks
Manage the operational relationship with local providers, reporting and tracking performances and issues
Qualifications
Master degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Telecommunications or similar
2+ years’ experience in operation of mobile or fixed networks as an engineer
Experience with Linux , RH 7,8
You are familiar with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards
Knowledge about the SS7/Sigtran, LTE, signalling call flows and roaming scenarios
Knowledge and operational experience in network/nodes/service launch
Experience with signaling protocol monitoring tools, protocol analyzers, trace analysis
Good operational knowledge of network function virtualization
Fluent in English
