➡️Job Title: Milling Machine Operator
NASS is looking for an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join custom machine shop!
Location: North York
Pay Rate: $25-$28 per hour
➡️You will be responsible for:
Operating and setting up machines to perform repetitive machining operations on a variety of materials.
Reading and interpreting blueprints,
Setting machine or equipment controls and proper tools for specific operations for particular jobs
Verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
Preparing etching solution and immersing metal parts or workpieces into the solution to remove unwanted portions.
➡️Reequipments:
3 years or more of experience as a Milling Machine Operator
Experience working in a custom machine shop.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
Experience with conventional milling machines and sawing machines
Experience performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Familiarity with using precise measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
In this role, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive machining operations with precision and accuracy.
