True. A lot of people are too lazy and too scared to do their own research, so they rely on "authority" to guide them, even if the said "authority" holds no actual credentials, or knowledge.

But right now I am not referring to smth more or less difficult, I am saying in total - "Where to buy bus tickets?", "wherre to buy safety shoes?", "how much does it cost to buy health insurance?"...
