To qualify for MSP Supplementary Benefits you must be a BC resident holding the status of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident (landed immigrant) for at least the past 12 consecutive months before application and not be exempt from liability to pay income tax by reason of any other act. Eligibility is also based on your family net income, your age, family size, disability and any income from the Universal Child care Benefit and Registered Disability Savings Plan. ТЫц.
