We are looking to immediately recruit/train more aspiring FRAMERS for our busy framing crew. We typically build residential houses in Calgary with steady full time positions available all year around!!!!

-a tele-handler is always on site to move the majority of material for the crew to work areas!

These positions are suitable for someone who fits the following criteria:
-physically fit to lift minimum of 50lb multiple times all day
-loves to be outdoors, even in tougher weather.
-high energy, and positive attitude that wants to learn and grow with our team!!
-competent and able to learn with guidance
-ability to work safely and productively
-must be familiar with imperial system and able to accurately read tape measure
-able to work with carpentry tools safely
-able to work at heights safely
-MUST SHOW UP FOR SHIFTS ON TIME
-must be able to get to and from job sites all around the city,on time and without complications.
-must be available for full time hours
-must have no serious criminal offences and posses good, trustworthy characteristics!
-good math skills
-good geometry skills
Pre work requirements
Basic Needs: ( we can help you get )
-framers tool belt
-framing hammer
-nail pulling bar (medium or large size)
-imperial wide tape measure( Fatmax, dewalt,Milwaukee are good brands)
-chalk line
-hard hat
-steel toe shoes or boots
-safety glasses
-tight fit work gloves
-ear plugs
-appropriate clothes to protect you from Alberta’s weather
-must have home address in Alberta
-must have personal sin number
-must have working phone service and phone
-must have drivers license and vehicle
Non mandatory Assets:
-tele-handler certificate
- CSTS coarse certificate
-construction experience
-previous accomplishments to current date
-leadership skills
