Всем доброго дня! Повезу мамин паспорт на вклейку визы в VFS. Она не может сейчас ехать по состоянию здоровья + далеко (900 км). Нужно ли от неё что-то: доверенность с подписью, consent form или иное? Спасибо!

В особистому кабінеті не має. Останній лист про запис на здачу біометрії у Львові, все… Ще лист від IRCC прийшов, що потрібно здати біометрію. Лист надійшов в той день коли здали біометрію. «Action required: Please provide your biometric information / Mesure de suivi nécessaire : Veuillez fournir vos données biométriques»

номер біометрії повинен відображатись в профілі. якщо він є — все окей. більше ніяких підтверджень не буває.

У вас на руках должен быть вкладыш/памятка, что вы сдавали биометрию. Он у Вас есть? Тогда пишите / звоните в VFS центр, где сдавали биометрию.

Дивно, біометрію здали 10.07, а листа «Biometric Validity Letter” про здачу не має( Друзі здавали пізніше, але їм листи прийшли. Хочу зрозуміти в чому саме причина( І куди саме звертатись. Так, як здали біометрію та приклеїли на паспорт інформацію. можливо хтось знає як з ними зв’язатись?
