Regarding the visit, before we confirm the appointment , I'm going to ask you to prepare an Interac e-Transfer notification for the first month's rent that you will keep secret until you meet with my son and sign the lease.
If I ask you to prepare the Interac transfer it doesn't mean that I am asking you to pay before visiting or that I'm forcing you to sign the lease. You will simply send the interac e-transfer and hide the password until you sign the lease after the visit.
When you will be making the Interac transfer, you will have to set a Security question which Answer will be the password. No one can deposit that transfer in his bank account unless you give him the password.
In case you sign the lease, you will tell him the password so that you will have the proof of payment of the rent
In case the lease is not signed, you can immediately cancel your transfer after the visit.
