У моно написано що можливо закинути p2p на картку іноземного банку і при цьому комісія буде 1% але обмеження 100к грн.

Написав, але більш вдумливо перечитав, умови виглядають взагалі лайтові, якщо все правильно розумію. Незрозуміло лише чи освіта будь-яка пройде, чи лише ІТшна. Ну і квота на цей рік вже виюзана.
