ні, він з першого разу його не здасть і мабуть з другого теж. Буде брати друга з правами щоб їздити і доїхати на МПІ на чергову здачу. Якщо робота пов'язана з авто - прийдеться щось вирішувати типу дейофф або ще щось. Тобто максимально геморойний час. На роад тесті є можливість показати що права то привілей, втратити легко і без них важко.
