Courier Driver -Class 5
O.N.E. Transport Group, has an opening for couriers to perform deliveries in Edmonton and surrounding area. Previous courier/delivery experience is an asset but we will consider training an otherwise suitable employee. The successful applicant will:
Have a previous customer service background and a desire to provide an excellent customer experience.
Be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 50 LBS on an occasional basis.
Possess or be willing to obtain CSA approved safety footwear.
Ability to provide a 3 year drivers abstract with no more than 3 demerit points.
Be punctual and consistently able to be at work on time, with references to confirm reliability.
Be an experienced and proficient driver able to safely operate delivery vehicles including 5Ton box truck and occasionally Cargo Vans OR vehicles up to 1 Ton in size (16 FT Box Cube Vans).
These are Monday thru Friday positions hours are 10-7 and generally 45 to 50 hours per week. Starting rate of pay is $ 19.00 per hour. A full health benefits plan kicks in after 90 days. Apply with a short cover letter and resume. No phone calls please.
