Че-то очень сложно )) нам спокойно за 20 раб дней прислали. Мы им письмо из Канады - они нам на домашний адрес курьером. Только оплатить надо дистанционно, у нас польская карта была, как без нее - хз

Ога. В Украине тоже есть куски полиции которые этим занимаются. И сбором intelligence, и контр-террористической деятельностью. Это не делает их меньше полицией.
