Доброї ночі ) Допоможіть будь ласка розібратися з LMIA. Подивився чат, але питань більше ніж відповідей. Працюю на канадську "прокладку" по open work перміт. Наскільки зрозумів є два види: LMIA for PR support та LMIA for temporary workers і для мого кейса потрібен LMIA for PR support. Але консультант з "прокладки" каже, що так це не працює. Що треба оформлювати LMIA, потім close work permit, потім переходити з open work permit на close (це зовсім незрозуміло, бо бачив на сайті IRCC, що можливо мати 2 work permit одночасно). Складається враження що "прокладка" пушить цей варіант бо він коштує багато. Хтось отримував LMIA у схожій ситуації? Чи можливо оформити тільки LMIA for PR support без work permit та отримати за нього бали, якщо ти вже працюєш на цю компанію?
