Для того, щоб показати common law relationship нам потрібно показати (2-3 документи з наступних)- якщо вас стосується
Proof of cohabitation:
• Rental agreement showing both of you as tenants, a letter form homeowner, showing that you both live there, and since when.
• Documents showing the same address: utility bills, cell phone bills, credit card bills, health records etc, driver’s license, immigration, or tax documents- any official documents showing the same address will do.
Proofs of shared expenses:
• Joint bank account, additional credit cards to the same account, paying each other expenses.
Other proofs:
• Life insurance, work benefits (Can be online account printout), car insurance etc
• Any identification documents showing the address.
• Signed and notarized common-law union form (attached, I will complete it if necessary, based on your answers)
