haha sorry luv! I am at work and I'm just a tiny bit sick of being paid 1 month after the actual days included in a pay period. There is no requirement in The CPA Act respecting pay dates, but it's kinda not ok. so I'm looking for some other legislation to prove me right (the Labor Act does not apply here)
-
It's vice versa. They assume we're paid higher wages, therefore, we do not need to be protected as regular employees :(
-
this doesn't apply 🫠🫠🫠🫠 thank you tho!
-
hahah I'm not alone But we have a month. Meaning that on October 31st I got paid for the period Sept 13 - Sept 27th
-
in general. it's just the majority of cpa firms still follow the Labor Act in this respect, but there is a possibility not to

it's +- same in all provinces maybe except Quebec But here's the thing - I can not make an appeal to CPABC due to other reasons and I'm a bit stuck here Anyway, thanks!
