Мене цікавить якщо я подам заявку в грудні то я ще можу рахувати 4 роки стажу. А якщо мою заявку почнуть розглядати наприклад в лютому то в мене вже буде тільки 3 роки стажу. Тому мене цікавить чи буде враховуватися інформація про мене на момент подачі чи коли буде розгляд заявки. Мені важливо це зрозуміти щоб я не заклеймила більше балів ніж можна підтвердити. Ви повинні відповідати на 100% по всіх критеріях програми та заявлених балах. Є випадок, коли людина подається по спецвибірці, вказує доступні гроші, а реально ставить на рахунок аж перед подачею документів на номінацію, тобто після отримання LAA. Офіцер дає запит для пояснення, чому гроші на рахунку з'явилися після подачі ЕОІ, а не перед. Апліканта врятував виключно наявність декларації, яку заповнив в аеропорту. Мій меседж в тому, що якщо ви щось зазначили в ЕОІ, то ви вже відповідаєте тим критеріям і маєте відповідний стаж.

Доброго ранку шановні, на федеральному етапі дитина 4 рочки не мае паспорту,(записана у мене в паспорті) чи можна так податись? Ми обидва маємо біометричні паспорти з візами

Якщо я правильно зрозуміла, подаюся в грудні клеймлю 4 повні роки стажу які я можу підтвердити, але якщо система мене не вибере до лютого (в січні 2022 я звільнилася, )відповідно в лютому 2024 в мене вже буде 3 повних роки стажу. То мені в лютому потрібно змінювати інформацію про себе?

Доброго ранку. Подскажите, будь ласка, як вказати цей період правильно? коли ми били в Чехії 3 місяца і оформлювати візи в Канаду, то зробили там тимчасовий захист, щоб була медицина для дітей та получатель виплати. В паспорті є запис на чеському, але перекладач переводіть бред. Записати temporary protection?

You should immediately start gathering all the supporting documents and information you need to include so you can submit your application within the 60-day deadline. This LAA will expire if you do not: decline the invitation; and submit a full application to the MPNP within the 60 day time period. If you fail to take action on this LAA, your EOI will expire and your profile cannot be considered for future rounds of invitations. If you later decide that you wish to be considered again, you will need to submit a new EOI and meet the requirements in place at that time.
