Well, trouble is... if they really made a mistake - than it's their right to reclaim money by the law. Thay need to prove that it was a mistake.

Well, to have money deducted they need your written agreement. So... you can say no. And then ask advice from an accountant/lawyer/union (if unionised)... But if they will prove that it's a mistake... that you bent over.

It's not a mistake, it's a deed on purpose. I had a phone calls with other guys and they didn't get this emails. And how it will be for the tax departments? I think they think this is a smart move to rip off new employees while truck industry falling down this year.
