Пришло на почту письмо с job offer.
Это норм? Как вообще процесс выглядит, мне же должны нормальный оффер выдать, в котором будут все условия четко прописаны?
Само письмо выглядит так (а в конце данные, которые нужно предоставить)
I am sending you this email to make you a job offer. Our training wage
during your 3-month probation period is $'x' gross monthly (your pay
will split 'y' on the 15th and last day). After you pass this period
you will be given group benefits (dental/drugs/massage/etc) along with a
raise to $'z' gross monthly. Reviews/Raises will done once every
year. Please let me know as soon as possible (by Monday midnight) if
you are taking the job and when you are available to start training. We
follow the BC employment act in that regards to vacation days (2 weeks
of annual vacation after the first 12 months of employment, 3 weeks per
year after 5 years)
If you are taking the offer please respond to me by midnight of the next
