‼️📣Together with the Canada Revenue Agency, the Ukrainian Canadian Congress - Manitoba is inviting volunteers to join the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program to help Ukrainian families file their tax declarations in 2024.
As UCC Manitoba Volunteers, you will be provided with special training (instructor-led or self-paced) on how to file personal taxes and will be provided with either software or a laptop. This initiative is an excellent opportunity to help Ukrainians with tax filing and a great learning experience, as you will learn a lot about personal taxes.
Requirements for Volunteers:
1. You have legal status in Canada
2. You have filed taxes for yourself or someone else at least once in Canada. That means you filed your taxes for 2022.
3. You are a confident PC user who can learn new software
4. You speak English and Ukrainian
We will need up to 20-30 volunteers who are available and committed to helping Ukrainians during the tax filing season.
