Привіт, друзі. Постійно читаю від вас запитання і відповіді. Сьогодні і в мене є запитання до спільноти. Чи можна карткою REVOLUT розраховуватися в Канаді ? Чи можна обміняти євро - долари США в Канаді, чи краще обміняти в Європі ? Не судіть строго за мою необізнаність. Дякую.

З євро ніби у більшості банків нема рахунків, але в обмінниках можна так само обміняти

З євро трохи складніше, але можна. USD можна спокійно покласти на рахунок в банку, проводити транзакції між рахунками USD - CAD якщо невеликі суми. Великі краще в обмінниках, там кращі курси зазвичай. Знімати не треба, можна взяти money order в банку і піти обміняти

на вїзді в країну все зрозуміло. буквально 2 коридори треба пройти, та й ще в літаку форму дають заповнитив Канаду я так розумію а як на виїзді, це після секюріті в аеропорту чи до

я так розумію у вас досвіду з цим процесом немає? і ви керуєтесь чисто теоретичними знаннями? я щось дуже сумніваюсь щоби хоч хтось з українців декларував кеш на виїзді якщо є такі, буду радий почути про досвід

The obligation to disclose upon request, cash on entering or leaving the EU is part of the EU’s strategy to prevent money laundering and to fight terrorism financing. The disclosure form must be completed where unaccompanied cash of a value of EUR 10 000 or more (or the equivalent in other currencies) is entering or leaving the EU and the competent authorities of the Member State, through which the cash is entering or leaving the EU, require the sender or the recipient of the cash, or a representative thereof, as the case may be, to make a disclosure declaration within a deadline of 30 days (Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1672 of the European Parliament and of the Council).
