New requirement for all applications – Applicant Consent Form
As of February 26, 2024, all new applications for an Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) nomination must include the Applicant Consent Form. The form must be:
● completed
● correctly dated
● signed by the applicant
● signed by the applicant’s spouse and dependents, if applicable
● uploaded with other documents in the application
If the form is not completed correctly, your application will be returned as incomplete and your fee will be refunded.
If you have a representative, they cannot not sign this form on your behalf.
You must complete this form after you have received an invitation to apply, or a notification of interest.
We no longer require the PDF Attestation Form for applications made under an OINPexpression of interest system stream.
We have updated program materials and website pages to reflect the addition of the Applicant Consent Form.
If you are applying to the OINP, please carefully review stream specific document checklist to ensure you submit all mandatory documents.
