Assembler Job Responsibilities: Cut, shape, splice and fit fiberglass plastic materials using templates and hand tools Follow blueprints and drawings to join half-shells together using a manual forming process Install components and accessories Make minor adjustments or repairs to products Use tools including grinders, trimmers, measuring tools and rollers Operate and maintain machines and equipment Periodically inspect work to ensure quality standards Document information on process sheets and time cards accurately Maintain a neat and tidy work area Perform all duties in accordance with the Company’s safety standards Support the production process and other activities as required Job requirements: You communicate well with others and like to work as part of a team You have a good understanding of English, including verbal, written, and reading skills Your basic math and problem-solving skills are good, and you pride yourself on the details You want to learn how to use new tools and equipment and are comfortable working in a fibreglass plant environment You are comfortable working at heights and within confined spaces You can work variable hours including overtime and weekends as needed You are able to lift up to 25lbs., with bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time You have your own transportation as public transit is not available

Warehouse Associate Duties & Accountabilities Main responsibilities are Picking customer orders, Product put away, labeling, cycling counting, Accurate completion of paperwork, verifying shipment information. Utilizes material handling equipment to retrieve product, lifting of products and placing and sealing product in shipping cartons. Identifies and resolves issues in various functional areas, such as put away, replenishment, staging, loading, and shipping. Be able to lift 50lbs unassisted. Organizes, monitors, and maintains locations in WMS to support efficient warehouse processing and maximize warehouse space used. Interdependencies: Receiving, production, field services, Other duties that may be needed in the department to satisfy customer requirements. Maintains a safe working environment by following safety rules and regulations Qualifications High school diploma is preferred 1 year related experience or previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred Forklift Certification Possess basic computer skills Ability to work under stressful condition. Work under minimal supervision. Able operate tools (saw & drill) Be able to lift 50lbs un assisted. Good communication skills both verbal and written

Performs visual inspection of the product, checking for handling damage or any other nonconformance of U.L. or Company standards, and facilitates corrections. Performs visual inspection of finished products and follows proper procedures to facilitate the correction of damages and other problems. Performs all required tests in accordance with established procedures. Reports occurrence of a leak or potential leak to Production Manager or Plant Manager immediately. Patches test holes in ribs and performs other repairs as necessary. Transports completed product to temporary storage area and properly secures to prevent damage. Operates all hand tools, power tools, material handling equipment and machinery proficiently. Meets or exceeds material and labor standards. Maintains work area that is safe, neat, clean, and free of debris. Reports information on process sheets, logs, and time cards accurately and timely. Assist in the Post Cure of fiberglass tanks, as required. Other activities as required to support the production or quality process. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. Two to five (2-5) years of related experience in Quality Control. General related experience or previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Ability to read and follow blueprints and drawings. Good understanding of the English language including verbal, written, and reading skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to learn new tools and equipment. Comfortable working in a fiberglass plant environment. Ability to work at heights and within confined spaces when required. Ability to work variable hours including overtime and weekends as needed. Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 20-50 lbs., bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time.
