З самого початку, При подачі онлайн заявки, одразу ж оплата була завантажена.
Окремо Лист на оплату не приходив.
В цьому листі що на французькій, ось переклад щовони пишуть (тобто вони не побачили оплату в заявці ? І на цьому була відмова?)
