This email is in reference to your status as a temporary resident in Canada. Upon arrival, and having received facilitation under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET), you received a condition on your temporary resident status that was printed on your visitor record or work permit, instructing you to undergo a Medical Diagnostic Test.
Please note that you have until June 30, 2024 to complete a Medical Diagnostic Test.
If you have already completed your Medical Diagnostic Test, no further action is required at this time. Your panel physician will submit the results to us for processing.
If you have already booked your Medical Diagnostic Test, please keep your scheduled appointment and disregard this letter. Once completed, your panel physician will submit the results to us for processing.
If you have not yet scheduled your Medical Diagnostic Test, please contact a panel physician as soon as possible in order to book your appointment.
