We at Canadian Choice Windows and Doors are expanding our service team and currently looking for a service coordinator.
This is a full-time office position.
Location of the office is 7121 104 Ave SE Unit 149, Calgary, AB T2C 5C6.
It is an industrial district, so you probably will need a car to get to work.
What will you do:
- Receive incoming calls and e-mails for new and existing chargeable and warranty service work
- Identify if the issue is related to product, installation, or sales representative mistake
- Order service materials for stock/ maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Schedule service technician workload
- Prepare service distribution list for the service tech, generate service reports
- Check google reviews, and deal with them
- Work with suppliers, sales representatives, and installers to determine appropriate repairs
What you'll bring to the team:
- Work experience as a Service Coordinator, Customer Experience Specialist, or similar role
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Good communication skills — all conversations with clients are in English
- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00
