Це означає що бали будуть зараховані тільки по тим професіям що ніяк не можуть працювати без місцевої сертифікації? Типу трак драйвер, перукар тощо? Або «or use the professional title within a specific province (or territory)» і можна отримати сертифікат навіть в нерегульованій професії і отримати бали за це?? Поділіться будь ласка хто знає❓❓
