📚 Summer Internship Program for Ukrainian Students at the University of Waterloo 🇨🇦
Are you a Ukrainian student seeking research or industrial experience? The University of Waterloo offers a unique summer internship program designed to support students whose studies have been impacted by the war in Ukraine.
🔹 Program dates: May 5 – August 22, 2025
🔹 Eligibility: Senior bachelor (4th year), master’s, and Ph.D. students enrolled at Ukrainian universities for the 2024/2025 academic year. 🔹 Requirements: Minimum GPA of 80% for undergraduates and 85% for graduate students. Strong proficiency in English (TOEFL ~80, IELTS ~6.5, Duolingo ~110).
📍 The program offers two streams: research and industrial. Students will either work with top researchers in labs or gain valuable industry experience with corporate partners.
🎯 All travel expenses, on-campus housing, meals, and a stipend are covered by the program.
