1. Senior UI/UX Designer:
- 5+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design in multi-brand or multi-tenant applications. - Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with tools for collaboration and design handoff (e.g., Zeplin, Abstract).
- Proven experience with responsive and accessible design, with a solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and interaction design. - Demonstrated experience building scalable design systems that support brand consistency and rapid UI component creation.
- Familiarity with MACH architecture principles and NextJS integration is a plus but not essential.
2. Senior Frontend Engineer: - 5+ years of experience with js frameworks, Next.js, React.
- Strong understanding of API integration within NextJS and the ability to manage asynchronous data flow between client and server. - Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Experience with multi-tenant or multi-brand front-end architecture. - Familiarity with frontend optimization, including lazy loading, asset caching, and minimizing render-blocking resources.
3. Senior Backend Engineer
- 5+ years in backend development, with strong expertise in AWS serverless services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. - Hands-on experience in API-first development and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in Node.js for serverless development. - Experience with AWS Data Stores (e.g. DynamoDB), including caching strategies and performance optimization.
- Understanding of MACH principles, with a focus on efficient data handling and integration with front-end and third-party systems.
