Position: E-Commerce Listing Specialist (Full-Time in the office)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Specialist to optimize and manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. As a core member of our e-commerce team, you will enhance visibility, drive sales, and ensure our listings meet GTD Supply’s high standards. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic environment to contribute directly to our growth in the digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Listing Creation: Manage the end-to-end process for new product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring high-quality images, compelling titles, and persuasive descriptions are in place. Select effective keywords to increase product discoverability.
• Listing Optimization: Perform regular analysis and optimization of existing listings, employing strategies to boost rankings, enhance traffic, and increase conversion rates.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify popular, relevant terms and incorporate them into listings to improve search visibility.
• Amazon Brand Registry Features: Utilize Amazon Brand Registry tools to protect brand identity and leverage A+ and A++ content features for premium listing visuals and descriptions.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor listings to stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and content optimization techniques. Use insights to enhance our competitive edge.
• Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics and use data insights to evaluate listing changes and opportunities for further enhancement.
• Content Management: Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards across all listings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to synchronize listing content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to experiment with different elements, determining the most effective combinations to improve click-through rates and conversions.
• Data Organization: Organize listing data and maintain a well-structured internal database to support smooth operations and prevent inconsistencies.
• Photo and Video Editing: Edit and enhance images and videos to platform standards, ensuring visually appealing, consistent listings.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Amazon Brand Registry, including creating A+ and A++ premium content.
• E-commerce Expertise: At least 2 years in product listing management across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, or similar platforms.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, IF functions), keyword research tools (Helium 10 or equivalent), and data analytics platforms.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Photo/Video Editing: Strong skills in photo and video editing are advantageous.
