Job description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist / Sales Assistant to join our team at our trailer dealership. This dual-role position involves managing front desk operations and providing support with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to assist in multiple aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:
• Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls or messages to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Administrative Support:
• Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, receipts, and other documents.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the dealership’s calendar.
3. Sales Support:
• Help customers with basic inquiries about trailers, services, and dealership offerings.
• Assist the sales team with preparing sales documents, updating inventory lists, and handling paperwork.
• Provide administrative support during customer transactions, including documentation and follow-up.
4. Social Media Responsibilities:
• Engage in content creation, Social media management. Advertising campaigns, customer engagement, analytics, reporting and brand consistency).
• Help organize events or customer appreciation days at the dealership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Additional pay:
• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
