Why feeding fish to a cat is not advisable:
Fish is not a regular part of a cat’s diet, so please try and limit feeding fish to once or twice a week. Feeding smaller types of fish a couple of times a week for omega 3 is fine, for example Sardines, and Herring.
Fish found in commercial pet food is for the most part low quality.
