This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. The following documents are required to
continue processing your application:

> Parent Authorization to Travel: Signed letter of authorization from the non accompanying
parent(s) authorizing your travel to Canada. Must be accompanied by a copy of their passport or national
id clearly showing their signature.
If you cannot provide the document with these requirements, please provide proof as to why it cannot be
provided. If both parents are accompanying you, please provide valid immigration status for both parents.
This must be received at this office by: March 06, 2025.
