В любом случае, в вопросе оформления документов я человек который лучше перестрахуется чем рискнет, особенно если есть случаи. В момент подачи на гражданство когда спросят почему уехали, а не жили(а может и не спросят) вряд ли уместно будет отвечать что на сайте нигде не написано что уезжать нельзя. Это так не работает. Провинция выбрала и пригласила, потратила ресурсы и ожидает что вы останетесь и будете работать и жить в ней.(ибо по этой причине она вас выбрала). Это логично. Просто на мой взгляд нужно как минимум подготовить логичный ответ почему уехали.

Доброго всем . Помогите пожалуйста сын с 2 друзьями летят 1 декабря в Калгари но никак не определятся с жильём на первое время . Может есть у кого реальные данные с реальным жильём , пусть комната на троих ? Сайты смотрели но картинка одно а реальность другая . Спасибо

Dear Concerned, It’s a very common and important question which comes in our mind when we are applying for a PNP program. Although, there are no written agreements while issuing a permanent residency status. But a province invites you to their province to be the part of their economy growth. It’s your residency obligation to stay in that particular province for a period of two years. If you move to another province after taking your permanent residency through a PNP program it might be problematic for you at the time of application of citizenship. We advise you to write a letter to a province and mention your reasons of not living in that particular province. Those reasons could be weather conditions for your family, could be not getting a job in that province even after making several attempts or you are getting a job offer from some other province but you are not getting the same in your province. It means , you have to put logical and real reasons to province to allow you to migrate to another province. In such humanitarian conditions provinces are not really very strict looking at the pain of the permanent resident. Province will issue a no objection certificate letter in the consideration. Still we would advise you to spend two years of time in that particular province and obey the rules and regulations.
