"Слава Україні" is not about hatred, but about self-identification as a Ukrainian, even if he lives in a "beautiful country" in 30th generation. And this is the least that Ukrainians can do to support each other mentally, considering the situation. When we marched to support Ukraine in Regina, canadians, indians, black canadians joined to support us and said Slava Ukraine, not even glory to Ukraine! It means they aware, they know and they support. Quote "Oh, Ukrainians, peace, brothers! Slava Ukraine!"
So it is hardly about hate indeed. And if you have encountered, witnessed or heard about a (or several) jerk(s) who do/es not know how to behave, then I have good news for you - this is not all of Ukraine, and I doubt they are here in this chat.
As for the hatred itself, many of us lost almost everything - from houses, jobs to loved ones, many brought their beloved family members here because they had to or told to, and not because they dreamed of living in your "beautiful country". They have fresh wounds, PTS, let them currently hate those who deprived them of everything. They deserve that, even if they live currently or permanently in your "Beautiful County"!
And yes, Слава Україні!!
