З 1-го лютого здається 2-х кімнатна квартира за адресою 55 Daylan Marshall Gate, новобудова, 88 кв.м. включають велику кухню-студію, дві окремих спальні, два санвузла, гардеробна, власна пральна та сушильна машини, балкон. Кухня повністю обладнана включаючи посудомийну машину. В будинку центральне опалення з індивідуальним управлінням, дуже тепло, також є безкоштовний тренажерний зал. Район тихий, поруч школа, шкільний автобус забирає дітей з ЖК, поруч магазини та лікарня, супермаркет Walmart та інша інфраструктура в пішій доступності. Квартира світла, вікнами на південь. За домовленістю залишимо всі меблі, все нове з IKEA в користуванні декілька місяців, хороший варіант для новоприбулих, все готове для проживання. Для українців не потрібна кредитна історія чи job offer, лише депозит - половина місячної оренди. Запитаєте, чи це обов"язкова вимога чи ви можете працювати просто як контрактор фізична особа. Якщо вимога обов"язкова, то треба буде зареєструвати корпорацію. Можна на провінційному рівні. Все робиться онлайн дуже швидко. Однак, рекомендую реєструвати корпорацію вже після того, як МРІ вас проінтерв"ює і дасть згоду на роботу.

Тільки зважте, що тут може бути вимога бути incorporated, бо це контрактна позиція з МРІ. Ні, я не подавався. Мене ті рекрутери через LindkedIn знаходять, але мені не потрібно.

Я не спец у фінансах, за дипломом звичайний лінгвіст перекладач. Тому шукаю будь яку офісну роботу entry level, добре було б за досвідом роботи, а ще краще із німецькою

Із фінансів у мене досвід у managing orders in stock exchange.. і всі супровідні програми типу salesforce, crm etc. .. до цього була process executive .. as a simple associate, senior level… в stock exchange вже спеціаліст. Працювала всюди на німецький ринок
