The same with me speaking ukrainian/russian, usually I use quite simplified version let's say 😅 with mistakes, surzhyk, add foreign words etc but I can speak closer to "literature" version too. Foreigners can't feel this difference, they get used to speak too formal language or too informal (like me speaking English) and can't "play" with language
