Who we are
We are problem solvers first, consultants second, and code is just a tool we use to help build magnificent products. Don't get me wrong though - we're all exceptional fullstack developers. However, we also excel as listeners and strategists when it comes to advising our clients on how to increase revenue, optimize conversions, or unlock the next round of venture capital funding.
How we're different
SSG works on only the most important projects or initiatives within our clients' organizations. We operate independently from the client's own staff.
We are expected to self-manage and deliver results, and are given the flexibility, attention, and resources needed to do so.
We are often accountable directly to the CEO, COO, or business stakeholder, not a project manager.
Who we're looking for
You take ownership for delivering an outcome, not just lines of code.
You're a great coder, but also someone who understands how to build products in a disciplined, but practical way.
You consider yourself an "expert" in at least 2 of the following:
Backend:
• python
• javascript/typescript
• golang
Frontend:
• react
• react native
• any other frontend framework
