Всем привет! Может у кого-то была такая ситуация. 1) Я въехала в Канаду по старому паспорту (паспорт продлили в консульстве на 5 лет сегодня). Он с канадской визой, которая истекает в феврале. 2) У меня есть другой новый паспорт, но там нет никакой визы, но на него выдан Work permit 3) Я собираю документы на подачу на новую программу PR по воссоединению семьи. Вопрос: Нужно ли мне иметь действующую визу, то есть получать ли новую визу, если я в Канаде и не планирую выезжать из Канады?

Отправили заявку (не WP, a VR ребенку) где-то в конце ноября, в конце декабря получили подтверждение. Сегодня по почте пришел бумажный VR (причем почему-то и нам - его родителям, тоже 🤷‍♀🤷‍♂, хотя у нас и так есть действующие WP).

Привет всем. Подскажите пожалуйста кто знает. Подались на child benefits в прошлом году летом , пришел отказ потому что 18 месяцев не прожили, это все понятно . Но, вчера было как 18 месяцев прибывания, и в CRA аккаунте в ожидаемых платежах ничего нет кроме gst/caip они и были. У кого как было?

6.4 Newfoundland and Labrador will report instances of suspected or confirmed fraud and/or misrepresentation to Canada, without delay, as set out in the Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Information Sharing between Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador. Where confirmed fraud and/or misrepresentation has been identified by either party, Canada may provide case-specific information to Newfoundland and Labrador, as set out in the Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Information Sharing between Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador and subject to privacy laws, to assist Newfoundland and Labrador in its assessment of applications for nomination. 6.6 Where suspected or confirmed systemic program integrity concerns exist related to any of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Provincial Nominee Program streams, categories or pilot projects, Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador will jointly implement measures to protect the integrity of the program. If these measures are unsuccessful, Canada may suspend intake of applications for permanent residence. In the event of a suspension, Canada will inform Newfoundland and Labrador without delay.
