Transit at Keflavík Airport
From January 15, 2024, we will discontinue to accept new animal in-hold bookings for transit passengers.
Animals that are already booked in transit prior to January 15 will be transported but are not allowed to be in contact with other animals or passengers at the airport, due to Icelandic regulations from the Ministry of Agriculture.
The airport has a facility where the animal can be taken to do their needs while in transit since animals are not allowed outside of the airport.
