Вот не соглашусь. Это вводит дополнительную variable в и без того сложную формулу. Если страна более менее надёжная, не Зимбабве и вверх примерно сто по списку, то можно в национальной играться. Обычно ставки в национальной валюте отображают инфляцию местную.

I have a good job, know how to make money. Now, i know what to do with my money. It is not that banks do not have mutual funds, life insurance etc. It what we do not know how to ask for this.
