Паспорта консульство не делаем ,там же не типография..🤷♀. Они только отправляют данные в Украину. А дальше как пойдет , от загрузки и тд,+ транспортировка .Консул в Канаде понятия не имеет когда будет готов условно паспорт Непыйпыва . 4-6 мес где то сейчас делают.
