Ммм.. у водителей есть право менять на уберXL если больше четырех людей в машине. Не знаю как это применяется к трем людям+продукты. Вполне может быть такое что водитель действовал в рамках правил Убера.
Но если с вами свяжется Убер, скажите что-то типа: “including me, there were three passengers in the vehicle. The driver made it seem like we had too many groceries. However, in the end everything fit into the trunk and there was plenty of room in the car. We had also made similar trips with similar amounts of groceries many times prior and we were never upcharged.”
