I spoke with an IRCC officer via the telephone number provided. He had to make changes to the children’s profiles . Once it is done it takes 7 days for the system to update. So we submitted the for For one of the parents, and now have to wait 7 days before we can process the other parent and the three children. It is important to note that the whole process took about 40 minutes and if done via telephone it can only be done in English or French. If other languages are needed for communications the applicant is directed to a different process using email. If new comers have weak English I would strongly urge them to find a Canadian helper who can get it done by phone in English….
