Там не можна буде вкінці засабмітати, якщо є щось missing, тому треба в будь-якому разі лист-пояснення. В нас в доньки так було з додатком до диплому в коледжі - його нема, бо вона ще не завершила. Я писала коротке пояснення, зберігала в ПДФ і приаттачувала. Інакше писало error за спроби сабмітнути.

Скажіть будь ласка, я правильно зрозумів: роль express entry - пришвидшення процесу та пул, де меньше аплікантів? Тобто якщо я по ЕЕ не проходжу - я можу так же подаватися на SWM та SWO Ukrainian measures, отримувати номінацію і з нею подаватися на PR, але не через ЕЕ, а через "федеральний пул" ? Якщо помиляюсь, виправте будь ласка
