If we lost work after getting MPNP or after applying EOI. Does we have any specific time period to find next job ? Or any way that if we lost Job how we can avoid to lost our process start over again?

I found a job and my employer told me it’s full time permanent Job as night Auditor in hotel. Am just worried in case in winter if they layoff some staff etc Then what we will do that’s why i am asking in care ) Thank you for answering

If you applied via the SWM stream, you cannot have a gap of more than one month. That's what the MPNP told a friend of mine. You have to keep your job or get hired as soon as possible during the whole immigration process. The whole point of the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream is that you have ongoing full-time employment during the whole process. you don't want to violate that.

I don’t know, But i come back after 5.5 months.. I had no question at airport.

The application assessment is individual. Some people get the nomination within 2-3 months, for some it may take much longer depending. There is no guarantee on timing as the MPNP is checking you thoroughly. The most that I've seen so far was around a year to get a nomination after all the documents were submitted. .

One more question, After getting LAA , how fast we can get MPNP ? I Checked on website it’s 6 months So wondering if in practice it’s fast?
-
But whenever you come back to canada Must keep your work permit with you They ask for it.

What is full-time and part-time in Canada? Although there is no specific definition in the Canada Labour Code , the accepted guideline is that full-time employment means more than 30 hours a week and part-time is less than 30 hours a week. Most employers use an eight-hour day and a 40-hour workweek to identify a full-time position.
